Puppy Availability
Puppy availability is not guaranteed until Von Gonzalez Kennels confirms the reservation in writing. A puppy shown as available on the website may already have an active inquiry or pending reservation. Submitting an application, sending a message, or asking about a puppy does not guarantee approval, placement, or availability.
Puppy Applications
Von Gonzalez Kennels reserves the right to review, approve, or decline any puppy application. Our goal is to place each Long Coat German Shepherd or German Rottweiler puppy in a safe, prepared, and responsible home. We may decline a placement if we believe the puppy is not the right fit for the buyer’s home, lifestyle, experience, or situation.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits are used to reserve a puppy or hold a place for an upcoming litter. All deposits are subject to our Deposit Policy. Final payment must be completed before a puppy leaves our care. No puppy will be released until payment, agreements, pickup details, and any approved travel arrangements are complete.
Puppy Pickup and Transport
Pickup and transport arrangements must be approved by Von Gonzalez Kennels. Transport availability may depend on the puppy’s age, health, weather, distance, scheduling, and the chosen travel method. Buyers are responsible for transport related costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shop Items
Products listed in our shop, including apparel and dog accessories, may vary in availability, color, size, pricing, and shipping time. Von Gonzalez Kennels may update or remove shop items at any time. Product photos are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colors and details may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.
Photos and Content
